Preparation & Delivery Guide
Prep Your Stems Prior to Submission!

Export your files as WAW or AIFF

Bit Depth: 24-bit or 32-bit float
03.
Keep the original session sample rate (44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, or 96 kHz)
04.
Start at zero: All tracks must begin at 00:00:00.
05.
Clear Naming: Name your tracks logically (e.g., Kick_In, Lead_Voc). Avoid default names like Track_01.
Mix & Track Preparation/
Bypass Master Bus Effects: Remove all limiters, clippers, and aggressive EQ/compression from your master output!
FX & Processing
Send dry tracks (no reverbs, delays, or modulation) unless a specific effect is an integral part of the sound design. If so, send both dry and wet versions.
Tuning & Timing: Make sure all vocal tuning, timing corrections, and edits are finalized before exporting.
Leave Headroom: Ensure your master output peaks between -3 dB and -6 dBFS. Do not let any track clip!

–Multi-tracks / Stems: Your clean, exported individual WAV files.
–Rough Mix: Include your latest rough mix so I can understand your original vision and vibe.
–Reference Tracks: Include 1–2 commercially released tracks that represent the sonic direction, tonal balance, and energy you are aiming for.
–Project Notes: A simple text file with song tempo (BPM), key signature, and any specific notes/ideas for the mix or master.
How to Send
Compress your session folder into a single .ZIP file.
Upload and share via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
